Euphoria Cosmetics is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used items. Refunds will only be considered for unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@euphoriafragrance.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Euphoria Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above, including any signs of use or damage. We also reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances. We recommend starting with a discovery kit to ensure you love your scent before purchasing a full-size bottle.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
