Order Processing Time

Euphoria Cosmetics strives to process and ship all orders within 4-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information, where available.

SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, shipping method, and delivery location, and will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Lost or Damaged Orders
Euphoria Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. In case of lost or damaged items during transit, you can file a claim directly with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. Euphoria Cosmetics will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

Shipping Restrictions
Euphoria Cosmetics currently ships to a selected list of regions. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you promptly.
